This picatinny saddle mount rail is constructed of a lightweight aircraft aluminum and has black non-glare finishing. The scope mount is designed to fit the Mossberg 500 20 gauge shotgun models. This mount kit easily installs using existing points on the firearm with no gunsmithing or altercations required. This picatinny rail expands the versatility and possible functions of your shotgun.

To Install:           BE SURE GUN IS NOT LOADED!             

1. Pump slide back to expose ejector screw on inside of receiver.
2. Remove gun’s ejector screw and replace with Sun Optics USA special ejector screw.
3. Tighten securely (end of screw will protrude).
4. Remove gun’s trigger plate pin (store original pins).
5. Place shotgun mount over gun’s receiver so ejector screw protrusion is in base slot.
6. Partially screw on ejector screw nut. (Do not tighten).
7. Insert attach screw and tighten securely.
8. Tighten ejector screw nut.
9. After firing several rounds, examine screws and nuts for tightness.
